Today is the Polish launch of the new BGA/uBGA soldering station, i.e. WISDOMSHOW WDS-520.

This BGA station is designed for soldering processes on small and medium-sized PCB laminates.

WDS-520 station with a power of 3800 W has 3 heating zones in a small housing, including 2 hot air and one IR.

The maximum size of the supported PCBs is 295×280 mm, and the largest size of the hot air nozzle that can be installed is 50×50 mm.
