Due to the launch of new sales channels, we are looking for people who will join the e-commerce department whose task is to launch a new online store, migrate offers between platforms, maintain them and implement new products for sale.

• maintenance of the ShopGold store, OMS system and integration with platforms such as Allegro, Empik, Erli etc.
• management of integration between sales platforms, the ShopGold store, OMS system and the Asseco WAPRO-MAG warehouse system
• monitoring the correctness of all e-commerce processes
• introduction of new solutions for online sales
• analytical support in the field of sales, periodic campaigns, promotions and sales
• cooperation with other departments of the company

• min 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry – a necessary condition
• good knowledge of the above-mentioned sales platforms, the SellAsist system and any integrations between them – a necessary condition
• very good knowledge of sales and promotions on the Allegro, Empik, Erli platforms – a necessary condition
• good knowledge of SellAsist, EasyUploader, NiebednikSprzedawcy, Aleasystent, Alemonitor – a necessary condition
• experience in the implementation or operation and maintenance of the Shopgold store
• ability to build SQL queries (reports) on MS SQL Server databases – a necessary condition
• knowledge of MS Excel (macros) and processing mass amounts of data (text) in the scope of filling in product parameters – a necessary condition
• knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO/SEM mechanisms will be an additional asset
• analysis of traffic on sales platforms and user behavior
• ability to use other tools supporting e-commerce sales and analytics, such as Allegro Analytics, TradeWatch, Pricewizard, Shopspider, Dealavo, Liveprice, Priceshape
• reporting work results
• ability to work in a team
• systematicity and excellent work organization
• openness and communication skills
• knowledge of English at a communicative level
• technical education will be a great asset
